Community Guidelines

These guidelines cover how people behave in the social parts of FoundryInk: comments on published work and the community rooms around studios and topics. They sit alongside our Trust & Safety policies and our Terms of Service. By taking part, you agree to follow them.

The short version

Be decent. Make this a place people want to come back to. Treat creators and other readers the way you would want to be treated.

What we expect

• Be respectful. Disagree with ideas, not people. No harassment, bullying, or pile-ons.
• No hate. Do not attack people based on who they are.
• Keep it legal. Nothing illegal, and nothing that puts others at risk.
• Respect age ratings. Label mature content correctly and keep it out of all-ages spaces. Never post content that sexualizes minors.
• No spam or scams. No flooding, no deceptive links, no manipulation.
• Respect other people's work. Only post content you have the right to share, and credit where it is due.
• Follow each room's rules. Individual community rooms may set their own additional rules. Read them before posting.

How moderation works

Community rooms are stewarded by their studio's moderators, with platform oversight. Moderators and our team can use graduated tools to keep rooms healthy, from slow mode and posting limits up to removing a message, restricting an account, or a ban for serious or repeated breaches. The more harmful the behavior, the faster and firmer the response.

If something goes wrong

• Report it. Use the Report control on a comment, studio, series, or issue, or email contact@foundryink.com.
• Appeals. If you believe an action against your account was a mistake, write to contact@foundryink.com and we will take another look.
